Mr. Van's students are analyzing career paths within the food production and food service industries. They are learning to demonstrate professional food preparation methods and techniques for all menu categories to produce a variety of food products that meet customer needs. Last week they are used their culinary design skills to ‘plate brownies’. Students were challenged to research, sketch, and arrange their brownies in a professional manner. Judges will analyze the designs and choose winners.
